NOTE TO ALL: OMG I WANT SCRAPBOOKS LIKE HANYI'S :DDDDDD because they are MEANINGFUL AND COME FROM THE HEART! (ok not to say all other presents aren't ._. but there are.. less expenses involved, am i not right? and more emotions and time invested! :D which somehow makes them more meaningful!

POST:

i decided i'd have an OPTIMISTIC and HAPPY BIRTHDAY! :D

but i ended up getting up at around 10.30 i think O___O

and i wanted to go spend my kino vouchers so we ended up taking public transport! which ahem is very rare.

so we went to the sands first I REGRET SAYING I DID NOT WANT TO GO IT WAS SUPERBLY COOL IT WAS A LOT LIKE SYDNEY. even though my dad was lugging his gigantormous camera around plus all his different lenses (._.) we ended up not taking any pictures (Y). anyway y'know the crowd there is ahem. really a lot less than that at las vegas, considering there's a CASINO there O: and it mightn't be very successful after all. ANDAND ALL THE SHOPS I AM NOT KIDDING YOU ALL THE SHOPS are branded. not even branded, like levels >1 at ion. I'M TALKING ABOUT THE BRANDED KIND OF BRAND. EVERY SINGLE SHOP. plus it's not even brands that people of my age range can go to, like idk random example ESPRIT. NO! (ok except a few like gfactory or swatch) it's like AIYAH ZONG ZHI ALL ARE BRANDED BRANDS.

and i got a watch there! :D my watch is super cool it's completely white except for random yellow/blue words that say "light" or "mode" and a there's a random pink button and a YELLOW strap-thingy-i-have-no-idea-what-it's-called-that-you-push-your-watch-strap-into upon a WHITE watch. and my brother was insisting that it was really ugly but idk it kind of appealed to me not in the aesthetic sense, but just in this.. different way. like it wasn't a watch you could find EVERYWHERE. something more unique :D i think i've very weird tastes but NO MATTER I HAVE A COOLBEANS NEW WATCH WHICH I LOVE A LOT. YAY. (plus it was the last new piece, the other one was the display which added to its general appeal ._. HAHA)

anyway then we went to suntec because we were bored and it was so hard to find food at the sands ._. (it really is VERY hard y'know they only have idk LESS THAN TEN places where you can find food, and 80%= REALLY EXPENSIVE RESTAURANTS) and sat down at killiney cafe!

and then this was kinda depressing because we had a hearttoheart family talk which lasted for a few hours but we cleared a lot of things up yes (:

then my mummy saw LEVISSIGNATURE WHICH HAD SALES .___. and my mummy is a shopaholic so we ended up buying some clothes (VCOMFORTABLE :D)

(we walked to rafflesplace)

and wandered around aimlessly in robinson's (robinsons'?)for around 40 minutes before there was an announcement that said they were going to be closed for a private function (which i think was private sales?) so my mummy was pretty fed up ._. and so we took mrt to ORCHARD!

and here my parents' shopaholic tendencies came in when they attempted to get me a WALLET from LESPORTSAC (what for ._.) but i kept using the excuse that i didn't like any of the designs so we left after HALF AN HOUR ._. wasteoftime!

HERE THE BEST PART COMES!

so we were at coffeebean, and then my parents PRESENTED ME WITH A NEW WALLET! (O___O) the surprise was nice but not the wallet part because i really didn't need one. plus it was from fossil= very very very expensive -.- but anyway it's of very good quality which is good, and it's very pretty in the inside but not outside, which idk WILL TEACH ME THAT BEAUTY STEMS FROM WITHIN. :D.

AND THEN TAMPOPO (why's it tampopo not tanpopo D: ANYWAY!) which was AWESOME I LOVE THEIR KUROBUTA.

kino!! i was stuck at the jap section for quite some time before i decided not to get any jlpt-related resources because the questions were too easy (._.) and instead went to get a VERY COOL PSYCHOLOGY BOOK. psychology! :D and i still have $10 left!

ANYWAY SO I HAD A VERY HAPPY BIRTHDAY AND WE RESOLVED QUITE A LOT OF CONFLICTS AND MISUNDERSTANDINGS OVER HEART-TO-HEART TALKS.

anyway having heart-to-heart talks at ic/mcdonalds is very good.
