i just came back from orchard O_O and it's already nearly 11 O_O

jlpt today! was suprisingly (or not so) ok, i'm quite confident of full marks for vocab and listening! :D! and maybe almost there for grammar. i think i lost a mark due to confusion between wo and ga (AGAIN) (over-complacency on my part, i didn't study hard O_O actually i didn't even really study properly for jlpt, or at least not intensively like jap-eoy-much. I PROMISE I WILL STUDY VERY HARD FOR N3 NEXT YEAR.) i've to credit my brilliant memory, because i really didn't study hard O__O at least i'm better off than some of the rest:

Me: -studies vocab list i wrote out-
He Chen/ other jap people: What's that?
Me: Vocab list.
Others: HUH?!
Me: Yes.
Others: -stare dumbstruck at my tiny-fonted (O_O.), double-columned, three-page long list-
WHAT?! MUST KNOW ALL?!
Me: Think so.
Others: OHMYGOD??? -grab parts of my list to cram into their heads like 5-10 minutes before jlpt-
Me: -takes out sample questions-
Others: What's that?
Me: Sample questions.
Others: Where you get from?
Me: Online.
Friend Who Studied: Me too!
Others: HUH?!
Friend Who Saw Questions Online But Didn't Study: But quite easy what! So short!
Me: Actually it's only a fraction of what's actually going to be in the test. Which includes the vocab list. Parts of it, anyway.
Others: OHMYGOD I AM SO DEAD.
Me: No!
Others: OHMYGODOHMYGOD.

(Y)

there were a lot (AND I MEAN A LOT) of adults there O_O it was kinda weird cos there weren't a lot of students in my room. plus i was separated from all the rest (i registered quite late?) and they were fumbling with some questions i could tell D: the woman next to me kept trying to glance (conspicuously, thank you) at my answer sheet O__O which i promptly shielded from her prying eyes. O_O

Also i realise that often when i'm occupying my brain with thoughts (i.e. doing something productive like studying/ trying to reason out certain PHENOMENONS in this world) I TEND TO GIVE ONE-WORD REPLIES. Or just terse replies. Which isn't good because it gives people the general impression that i'm DEAD/ UNENTHUSIASTIC/ NOT ALIVE/ DAFT/ HOSTILE/ DEAD. Espeshully the last two cos idk IT ISN'T A VERY GOOD FIRST IMPRESSION TO MAKE YOU SEE. Plus, you know, i do that a lot O___O so i pray that if someone who i sort-of-know comes and approaches me randomly next time, i won't be deep in thought O_O

for the fun of it today i went to support lots of buskers along orchard road lol :D TO KEEP UP THE CHRISTMAS SPIRIT! but admit it or not THESE PEOPLE ARE ARTISTS IN THEIR OWN RIGHT THEY DESERVE PEOPLE APPRECIATING THEIR PERFORMANCES/ WORK and i wanted to donate to the christmas-hat-clip-thing charity but my mom dragged me away to help her pick sheridan quilt covers ._. "LAST DAY OF MEMBERS' DISCOUNT LEH!" my mom is starting to exhibit singaporean traits. albeit the fact that she claims that she is a HARDCORE malaysian O_O also she has a bit of an accent when she's speaking chinese. I'm glad i didn't get it, really ._.

OH SPEAKING OF THAT. TAKA GAVE ME FIVE MERLY DBS VISA WHATEVER IT IS CARDS INYOURFACE!!! :DDDDD because we're such Dedicated Members of Taka (seriously O___O orchard's like a third home to me O___O except during christmas, i'm very uncomfortable with crowds- the only thing i like about it is the CHRISTMAS SPIRIT!) Also, did you know that some hsm songs are stuck in my head O___O i was doodling on my paper humming a hsm song DURING JLPT LISTENING. O___O subconsciously, of course, but i was lucky i realised and stopped just as the person-reading-the-oral-thing finished the example.

SOMEONE BE MY SINGING PARTNER for duets/ hsm songs/ songs that require harmonising! :DDDD (though preferably one with a deeper voice please the lowest note I can reach is like 3rd G O__O or even only A. Which is bad, see. Because i have friends who TALK at that pitch O_O
