Training today wasn't nearly as tiring, though it's the first training I've had in like a MONTH O____O so naturally, muscleaches!

Today while splitting with Claire (It's funny how when you add sec twos and sec threes together, there still aren't nearly as many as the sec ones alone):

Claire: -immediately goes down and does a front split-
Me: -pulls Claire's hands so her head goes towards the carpet-
Claire: -head reaches carpet-
Me: -lets go- Aiyah I don't need to pull you what! You can go down yourself leh why so flexible O:!
Claire: -grimaces- No lah.
(switch over)
Me:-does almost-front split-
Claire: -pulls my hands so my head goes towards the carpet-
Me: -head reaches carpet-
Claire: You also very flexible what!
潘教练: -casually walks over- -kicks my leg into a front split-
Me: OWWWWOWWOWOWOWOWOWOOOOOWWWWWWWWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW 很痛！ (continously for like 10 seconds while 潘教练 holds my leg in a front split)
潘教练: -lets go after 10 seconds- -casually walks over to another person to kick her legs into a split-
Me: -immediately bounces up and jumps out of split- OWWWWWWWWW
Claire: O_______O


I still haven't finished my taolu T_T but I think I'm almost at the end :D! Also, I'm stuck at one part because Waileng's forgotten the rest HAHA and fanghui forgot everything. Anyway I think I like 潘教练 tons better than chai, she's a lot more patient (and strict). Unlike chai (and xue), she doesn't prod the back of your neck with the covers of 刀s/剑s very hard when you do something wrongly, nor poke your butt with a 棍 when you're laughing/ talking when you're supposed to be training properly. But we don't get to play soccer/ games any more D:

Ah I shall try to improve because I suck at CCA ._.!
